Capital Penguins take out the Premier Gold !

The final Premier grade game was played tonight between Christchurch Snipers and Capital Penguins.

The game thrilled the spectators with a 4 -all result at the end of regulation time.
The teams then played overtime to determine the winner with Jensen Taiapa # 19 scoring his third goal in the game with a minute left on the 5 minute overtime period.

Other goals came from Snipers ( Shane Clark (2), John Thomsen & Ryan Ruddle with Capital Penguins goals from Jensen Taiapa (3), Darryl Jameson and Sam Franklin.

The 3rd/ 4th final was won by Manukau Storm who played Kapiti Rangers after pool play and semi finals.
