Senior Men Expression of Interest - World Championships 2011

New Zealand Inline Hockey are seeking expressions of interest from players born 1992 and older for the New Zealand Inline Hockey Senior Mens team to attend World Championships in 2011.
Please download the attached form and complete if interested in being considered for selection.
Expressions of Interest close on October 2nd and can be emailed (address on form) or handed in to the Tournament Office at National Championships being held in Wanganui.
