Time: 9.30 - 9.45 am registration and start
There will be a forum held immediately following the AGM for delegates to attend and discussion will take place in "breakout" groups with a plenary session later in the day. The expected finish time is approx 4.30pm. Clubs are invited to send up to a maximum of three (3) delegates for the meeting and forum.
