The Matariki Celebration marks the end of my IHNZ caretaker role. I look forward to Matariki in 2025 as the IHNZ Kaumatua where the 10th anniversary of the NZ Maori team will be celebrated.
I am confident under the new board’s guidance our sport will once again thrive and reach new heights. I believe in the direction we are now heading and in the abilities of the new board to navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
